Building Boxing Motion AI Infrastructure for the Sport
A consortium of boxing supporters, could acquire and operate the Boxing.1 / Boxing.Trade / BoxingWeb3.com Triple Stack to transform licensed boxing video into AI-ready adversarial motion intelligence datasets.
Boxing.1 + Boxing.Trade + BoxingWeb3.com
The Triple Stack combines a canonical AI endpoint, a trade marketplace, and a Web2 onboarding portal for governed boxing motion intelligence under the MotionAI.one and AIEndpoint.one ecosystem.

From Boxing Content to Boxing AI Infrastructure
The proposal uses IFL TV as a demo to lead a consortium to acquire the Boxing.1 Triple Stack and build long-term value for the sport by converting licensed boxing video into governed, AI-ready motion intelligence. This is subject to discussion and agreement with IFL
The commercial focus is not the resale of video. The value lies in skeletal abstractions, movement embeddings, synthetic motion libraries, AI-agent identities, and enterprise dataset licensing.
Boxing as Adversarial Motion Intelligence
Boxing contains rare human movement intelligence: reaction timing, footwork, defensive movement, balance recovery, tactical adaptation and anticipation. These are valuable inputs for Motion AI, robotics, digital twins, simulation, gaming and embodied AI systems.
AI Endpoint
Machine-facing endpoint for boxing motion AI, dataset discovery, AI-agent identities, verification and AI-to-AI interaction. The No. 1 Location by name for an AI Endpoint.
Marketplace Layer
Human-facing marketplace for licensing AI-ready boxing datasets, synthetic motion libraries, APIs and enterprise motion-intelligence services.
Web2 Portal
Onboarding, owners briefing, consortium reporting, member certificates, relevant documentation and partner communications layer.
IFL TV-Led Boxing Supporters Consortium
The proposed consortium has ten ownership positions. IFL TV receives 50% as lead operator and video supplier. AIEndpoint.one receives 10% for Namespace Steward and Operations Manager services. The remaining 40% is shared equally by eight boxing supporters.
| Participant | Ownership | Revenue Share | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| IFL TV | 50% | 50% | Lead consortium participant, video rights contributor, strategic boxing media partner. |
| AIEndpoint.one | 10% | 10% | Namespace Steward, operations manager, AI Agents Co-ordination. |
| Consortium Member 1 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 2 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 3 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 4 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 5 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 6 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 7 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
| Consortium Member 8 | 5% | 5% | Founding boxing supporter. |
Ownership and Revenue-Share Certificates
Assets held for Consortium by IFL TV. Each consortium participant should receive a digital certificate detailing their share of the Triple Stack and their revenue-share entitlement.
- Certificate holder name
- Ownership percentage
- Revenue-share percentage
- Assets covered: Boxing.1, Boxing.Trade, BoxingWeb3.com
Annual Meetings
Annual Meetings should be held at a date to be agreed. Meetings can be held online or in person as agreed. An agenda should be prepared with majority votes carrying the day. Special Meetings can be convened as agreed and as necessary, either online or in person.
- IFL TV leads media, video supply and boxing industry relationships.
- Human oversight remains in place for payments, and sensitive datasets.
Automated Operations, Video Intake and Revenue Distribution
IFL TV Video Upload Workflow
IFL TV uploads licensed footage through a controlled AI Agent interface. The agent records source data, upload date, dataset category and processing status.
- Video intake and metadata capture
- Rights and permissions verification
- Routing to skeletal abstraction pipeline
- Dataset catalogue creation
- Audit trail
Consortium Treasury Agent
The AI agent will track dataset revenue and automatically calculate the correct payout due to each consortium member.
- Revenue capture from dataset sales and API access
- Ownership-based payment calculation
- Monthly distribution reports
- Automated payment initiation
- Human approval before final release
Year 1 AI Agent Cost
AI Agent costs are expected to be spread across the year as workflows move from build to pilot to commercial operation.
AIEndpoint.one Share
AIEndpoint.one receives 10% ownership and 10% revenue share for Namespace Steward and operations manager services.
Sales and Marketing
Marketing is assumed to be substantially handled through IBM ADS partners and ecosystem distribution rather than direct conventional sales spend.
How the Consortium Will Work Best
| Layer | Recommended Lead | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Lead Partner | IFL TV | Supplies boxing videos, promotes the initiative and anchors industry participation. |
| Namespace Steward | AIEndpoint.one | Maintains canonical endpoint standards, verification, governance and registry functions. |
| Operations Manager | AIEndpoint.one | Coordinates Make.com workflows, reporting, treasury logic and consortium administration. |
| Automation Layer | AI Agent | Video intake, dataset workflow, reporting, payment allocation and partner notifications. |
| Route to Market | IBM ADS Programme | Enterprise marketing and partner distribution through IBM ecosystem channels. |
| Decision Making | IFL/Owners | IFL Day to Day, strategic decisions by majority vote. Special online meetings if necessary |
